Key Responsibilities:

Customer and Policy Servicing

Sales Support and Monitoring:

  • Provide support to the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations to individual and corporate clients.
  • Support intermediaries with the sales process.
  • Follow up on in-progress applications and leads.
  • Analyse the quality of sales and service provided through customer interaction and data analysis.
  • Delivering product and system training to intermediaries.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Multi-tasking, able to prioritise and meet specified turnaround times.
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and improving customer experience.
  • Previous experience within the life insurance industry and/or financial services would be considered an asset.
